G Artisan is a USA, Oregon based wood shop. G Artisan designs and builds products made of wood that are both beautiful and functional. Some customers choose to display our products instead of use them because they are ‘too beautiful’. In our opinion, that is up to the individual and we are honored to have your business either way.

G Artisan is out to have a positive environmental impact and operates under the following guidelines:
- Wood comes from renewable forests, not clear cut rain forest wood.
- All shop electricity is drawn from green sources including wind and hydro electric. We prefer hand tools, though sometimes power tools are used when safe and practical.
- The finishes we use are non-toxic, all natural, and applied by hand.
- We recycle our sawdust.

When you purchase a product from G Artisan you are getting a beautiful and functional item made in the USA. We know the products you purchase will light up your home or place of business for a lifetime. Our products make unique gifts, especially for the person who has everything.
The finishes we use are safe for you and your family. We use only a mix of beeswax and linseed, or shellac. No oil based stains, lacquers, or petroleum derivatives are used by G Artisan. This is for your benefit and our own health! Though these finishes take longer to apply the quality is much higher in the end.
