These cutting boards are heirloom quality. This was one of the first G Artisan designs.

Measures ~15 1/2” X 6 3/4”, ~1 1/4” thick.

Body made of cherry and maple. The diamond inlay pattern is composed of cherry, maple and walnut. The wood comes from renewable forests.

Finished in a food safe mineral oil.

Care instructions: Apply mineral oil as needed to replenish color. Do not wash in dishwasher, the heat and pressure will warp or destroy the board. Instead, hand wash with warm water and a gentle soap, let air dry.
