G Artisan will ship most orders by USPS priority mail. For certain larger items we use FedEx or UPS.
G Artisan offers international shipping. International orders may have their shipping fee adjusted depending on complexity of shipping arrangements to your country.
Please note our international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other charge applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these and any other fees should they apply.
Returns
G Artisan accepts exchanges/returns within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
Full refund will be granted as long as the merchandise is returned in the condition in which it was received.
Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail.
